Pro1 started as individual athletic training and a group class that we would hold in whatever space we could secure. This led to our first small fitness studio in a shopping strip. Since then we have grown to a full size training facility and gym. Through this journey we have not made excuses or complaints, and that's exactly the way we design our training. Our focus: Push you to being the very best version of yourself through training.

You don't have to take your fitness journey alone. Our facility embraces community as we push each other to reach new levels.
